I was looking for a nice eurohood for my newly remodeled kitchen but didn't want to spend much. I already decided on a design like the curved glass of the KZ2, but was having no luck finding it under $1,000. I found this through another website and it was so cheap!
They sent it to me pretty quickly and my friend and I installed in pretty easily. The instructions were a little bit difficult to understand, but overall installation wasn't too bad.
My wife and I barely cook, but it does its job when we do cook. Also, look great in our newly remodeled kitchen.
Overall great deal and quality product. All I would say is improve the instruction manual.

My work buddy recommended this company because their prices were so low. Based on the specs I was surprised they priced the product so cheap. Some of the other big names product price their exhaust fans triple this price. I'm not complaining though. Installation was fine for me.

Watch out for UPS! They shipped the product to me damaged. All the glass was shattered! There was a hole in my box!
I contacted Livetec and they were really good about it though. I had to file a claim and as soon as UPS picked up the package Livetec shipped out a new one to me. The second one came fine and we installed it. It looks good and I haven't had any problems. A good tip would be don't ship UPS.

The hood looks so good! Thank god I found this website. I found this product on another website and they were charging twice as much. At first I was nervous that the product was priced so low, but when i read that it comes with a 3 yr warranty it was an easy decision. So far so good.

Customer service was extremely courteous and helpful. It took me 2 weeks to pull the trigger on this hood. I must have called Livetec over a dozen times with questions and concerns. My ceiling is higher than normal at about 13 feet and I had to make an extension for the chimney portion. Livetec walked me through finding the correct length and stayed very patient the entire time. Everything turned out great and I'm glad it is finally installed in my kitchen. Thanks for all your help and great customer service.

This hood has worked very well for last 5 years. Now I need to replace the light bulbs and can't figure out how for the life of me. Anyone have luck with this?
